What parts of the country do you cover?

We cover most parts of UK including England, Scotland and Wales. As we are based in Hertfordshire and therefore particularly keen if you have property in or around Home Counties or Midlands.

 

Do you offer mortgages?

No we don't offer mortgages. If you are looking for a mortgage product then you will have to contact a mortgage broker. You can generally find them in your local Yellow Pages or, failing that, let us know and we may be able to put you in contact with some one we know.

We are property buyers and can buy your property quickly.

 

My house is about to be repossessed. Can you help?

Most probably but it also depends upon the stage the repossession proceedings are at. However before we can give a definitive answer, we would need to know the market value of your property, the money owed to your lender and so on. You need to call us urgently.

My house has already been repossessed, can you help?

May be - because it depends upon the lender who has taken possession of your property.

Some lenders may be willing to let possession of the property go after arrears have been paid. So it really depends on the lender, value of property, how much are arrears and so on.

We will be able to give you some helpful advice if you contact us to discuss your situation.

 

Would you buy the property and then rent back to me?

Buying and then renting the property back is a regulated industry. We certainly have association with companies who specialise in this area and are also regulated by FSA (Financial Services Authority). Therefore contact us and we will put you in touch with right the company.

 

What is the cost of selling my property to your company?

There are no fees or costs to you. If we agree to buy your property then we will pay all the costs - ours as well as yours. This will save you lots of money.

 

Do I have to pay for the survey?

No, we pay for the survey.

 

How about HIPS pack? Do I have to pay for this?

HIPS no longer exists and has been abolished.

 

What about the estate agent's fees? Do I have to pay that?

Again, No. We buy property direct from you. Therefore there are no estate agents involved. So you do not pay any fees to any estate agent.

My house is already registered with an estate agent. Can I still sell to you and not pay the fee?

If you are already marketing your property via an estate agent then you may be a good idea to check their terms. Sometimes the term is 3 months (or longer). In other words, if agent can not sell the house within that period then seller can sell via any other mean without having to pay the agent. In other circumstances, there may not be any tie in period at all.

So it is best to check with the terms with your agent. Or contact us know and we can check on your behalf.

 

Is my property suitable?

The vast majority of properties are suitable for our scheme - whether they are houses, bungalows or flats. We can buy your property even if it needs a bit of work to be done.
